Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lingkungan pendidikan berbasis asrama yang memiliki intensitas interaksi sosial tinggi, sehingga membutuhkan penguatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, personal hygiene, serta pencegahan bullying secara berkelanjutan. Kondisi penggunaan fasilitas bersama, kedekatan ruang tinggal, dan aktivitas harian yang dilakukan secara kolektif dapat meningkatkan risiko gangguan kesehatan, penularan penyakit, dan munculnya permasalahan psikososial apabila tidak diimbangi dengan kesadaran dan keterampilan santri dalam menjaga diri serta menghargai sesama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan terkait penerapan PHBS, personal hygiene, serta pemahaman mengenai bentuk, dampak, dan upaya pencegahan bullying di lingkungan pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan kesehatan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi enam langkah cuci tangan, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlash dengan melibatkan 50 santri tingkat SMP dan SMK. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah kegiatan edukasi, yang ditunjukkan melalui kenaikan kategori nilai tinggi dari 90% pada pre-test menjadi 98% pada post-test, atau meningkat sebesar 8%. Selain itu, demonstrasi cuci tangan membantu santri memahami dan mempraktikkan langkah-langkah kebersihan tangan secara lebih tepat. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi PHBS, personal hygiene, dan pencegahan bullying efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas santri, baik pada aspek pengetahuan maupun keterampilan praktis. Dengan demikian, program pemberdayaan santri ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan lingkungan pendidikan pesantren yang lebih sehat, aman, nyaman, dan kondusif bagi proses pembelajaran.
